Dr. Mertzanis graduated from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Technical University of Athens and holds MSc and PhD degrees from the University of Surrey, UK. He has extensive professional experience in Telecommunications and IT having worked in Greece and abroad. In 1999 he joined the workforce of Space Hellas, he has held senior executive positions within the Space Hellas group for many years having the responsibility of the commercial, technical and business development activities. Dr. Mertzanis is the CΕO of Space Hellas group, he is also the Chief Executive Officer of SingularLogic.

Dr. Panagiotis Paschalakis is an accomplished mechanical engineer and social innovator with extensive professional and research experience. He graduated in 1988 from the School of Mechanical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 1992. During his doctoral studies, he actively participated in numerous internationally recognized research projects and presented his work at various global conferences, establishing himself in the scientific community. Professionally, he served as a Project Manager at MATRA DATAVISION from 1989 to 1990 and later became the founder of Quality & Reliability, where he has served as Chairman of the Board and currently holds the position of CEO. In 2015, he founded the non-profit organization Safe Water Sports, dedicated to promoting water safety and raising awareness about aquatic activities. The organization was honored with an award from the Academy of Athens in 2019, exemplifying innovation and social responsibility. With vision and commitment, Dr. Paschalakis continues to lead initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and societal awareness, making a significant impact in his field and beyond.

Carrying over twenty years of work experience in the field of Information Technology, he specializes in managing complex IT projects, both in the Public and Private sector, and in the administration of large working teams. His main interests lie in the areas of digital transformation solutions for organizations and businesses, with an emphasis on the design and implementation of Integrated Information Systems, and the formation of optimal methods for utilizing information technologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the National Technical University of Athens - Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison - USA.

Spyridon Manolopoulos is the Executive Chairman of Space Hellas S.A., a leading Greek technology integrator with an international footprint and decades-long presence in the fields of telecommunications, IT systems, and defence /security solutions. As part of the company’s second-generation leadership, he has spearheaded its outward-looking strategy, innovation drive, and social responsibility initiatives. A Law graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from King’s College London. He began his professional career in commercial law before joining Space Hellas in 2011 in an executive role. Since assuming full leadership in 2013, he has led the company’s strategic transformation—overseeing expansion into new international markets, pioneering acquisitions (SingularLogic, Web-IQ, AGROAPPS, Radiant Technologies), and positioning Space Hellas as a key player in the digital transformation of public and private sectors. Deeply committed to corporate responsibility and youth empowerment, he initiated the "Dimitris Manolopoulos Scholarships" in 2019 to support top graduates of Greek and foreign universities. He serves as Executive Chairman of the subsidiaries SingularLogic S.A., Radiant Technologies S.A. and Hellenic Memorabilia S.A. and holds institutional roles as Executive Vice-Chairman of SEPE (Hellenic ICT Enterprises Association), and member of the Boards of the British Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and the Hellenic Union of Listed Companies. He is married with two children.

Nicholas Rodopoulos (M.Sc.) is President and CEO of OnLine Data SA and Executive Director of YES Advisory. He is Secretary Special of the board of directors of the Federation of Hellenic ICT Enterprises (SEPE), consulting advisor of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EVEP), member of the Industry Advisory Board of the University of Piraeus, visiting lecturer at the University of Piraeus, Scientific Associate of diaNEOsis Think Tank having prepared the National Strategic Plan for the Supply Chain and Logistics sector. He has served as President of the scientific Hellenic Logistics Association, Member of the National Logistics Development Council of the Ministry of Development, Member of the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV). Nicholas Rodopoulos has been awarded with the ICT Forum Jubilee Award for his more than 30 years contribution in software technology market growth and to the Greek Economy. He is a writer and has a significant number of articles in the daily and periodical, economic and political, press.
