Dimitris Giantsis is General Director of the Directorate-General of Projects, of “Information Society SA” (IS SA). He is responsible for the effective coordination, guidance and supervision of all Directorates and Units of the General Directorate, which have, as their object, the implementation of ICT projects and state aid actions. Previously, and for a few years, he held the position of Infrastructure Support Manager at IS S.A., having dealt with some of the most emblematic projects of Public IT and Telecommunications, such as Rural Broadband, Government Cloud (G-Cloud) and Syzefxis II. He has 25 years of work experience in the fields of telecommunications, information technology and project management, both in the private and in the wider public sector, having managed complex co-financed projects, as well as Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. He has served as General Manager at the "Observatory for Digital Greece", while he started his professional career at WIND Hellas as a Telecommunications Engineer. He holds a Master's degree in Mobile, Personal and Satellite Communications from the University of Westminster, and is a graduate of the University of Patras in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMPR ) since 2008.

Konstantinos Kollias is an Assistant Professor at the Economics Department of the Democritus University of Thrace and President of the Economic Chamber of Greece since February 2014. He is Partner and member of the BoD in a consulting firm, business development consultant in a Law Firm, member of the Renumeration and Nomination Committee and member of the Bod of the Athens International Airport, in which he has also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree at the Economics Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Piraeus and his PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the same subject. In the past, he has served as Special Secretary of Privatizations at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Director General at the Educational Center for Public Servants of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Alternate Governor of the Board of Governors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), representing the Hellenic Republic, vice-Chairman of the Bod of the Gas Supply Company Attica S.A., member of the BoD of the Athens Urban Transport Organization, financial advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Economy & Finance and visiting Professor at the Athens University of Economics & Finance. His recent research interests focus on financial analysis of businesses, especially SME’s, financial instruments and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Pantelis Tzortzakis

Pantelis Tzortzakis was born in Heraklion, Crete, in 1962. He studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus and earned a master’s degree in computer science from Brooklyn College in New York, USA. He is the founder of Forthnet SA, the largest alternative fixed telephony and pay-TV operator, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, which acquired NOVA in 2017. He served as CEO of Forthnet from its inception in 1995 until 2010 and also held the role of President and CEO of the satellite pay-TV platform, NOVA, after its acquisition by Forthnet. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of NETIA SA and from 2007 to 2011, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Information Technology & Communications Enterprises (SEPE). In 2012, he was appointed Deputy Minister of e-Government at the Ministry of Administrative Reform and e-Government. He later became CEO of Quest Holdings SA, President of its subsidiaries, Executive Vice President, and a member of the Board of Directors of Quest Group, as well as a board member at the Hellenic Exchanges of Athens (HELEX). From November 2019 to April 2024, he served as Executive Vice President of the Hellenic Development Bank (HDB) and continued as an Executive Member of its Board of Directors until July 2024. In August 2024, he remained a Member of the HDB Board of Directors. In 2023, he was unanimously elected as an external member of the Board of Directors of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). As of May 2024, he holds the position of CEO at the Hellenic Center for Defence Innovation (ELKAK).

Konstantinos Gerardos's professional career began at the age of 8, as a salesman of Design Equipment at Plaisio’s first store at Stournari St. and carried on throughout all weekends and summers until his graduation from Athens College in 1995. After completing his studies in the USA, he officially joined the company’s personnel in 2003, being responsible for the newly formed e-commerce channel, plaisio.gr, while afterwards he led the management of the Stores Network, plus the Marketing and the HR Departments. Since 2012, he holds the CEO position of the company, whilst other important milestones in his career to date include: - the recognition of Plaisio as "Retailer of the Year" and "e-Retailer of the Year" five times, - the company's promotion as “Greece’s Best Workplace” for three years (2017, 2019 & 2025) - the inclusion of Plaisio in the list of "Fortune's Most Admired Companies" nine times in the eleven-year course of the institution, and - the "Retail Manager of the Year" title for 2020 and 2022 Konstantinos’ proudest moments are beyond business accomplishments and include the creation of the robotics team "Plaisiobots", which won the gold medal at the International Robot Olympiad after a yearlong practice (2021), the creation of Atraktos initiative and a 30+ video series under the name “Atraktos Kids”, through which positive role models are promoted, as well as Plaisio’s volunteering team named “Plai sou”. To date, over 300 “Plai sou” volunteers have contributed to major actions related to education, such as the creation of the first STEM Library in a public school located in Athens, but also in the devastating floods of Thessaly (September 2023), providing necessary supplies for the new school year to the students affected. Finally, as of July 2024, he has been elected President of the Hellenic Retail Business Association (SELPE).

At the same time, within the framework of his union activities, he serves as the President of the Panhellenic Federation of Self-Employed Tax Advisors(P.O.F.E.E.).

Anastasios (Tassos) Tzikas was born in Thessaloniki and graduated from the Polytechnic of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki from the Department of Electrical Engineering. He has been President of TIF – HELEXPO SA since 2013 and of the High Technology Business Park "Technopolis Thessaloniki" since 2001. He is the President of the Business and Exhibition Research & Development Institute, 3rd Vice President of the Association of Industries of Northern Greece, member of the Board of Directors of the Organization of Tourism Promotion and Marketing of the Prefecture of Thessaloniki and member of the Metropolitan Organization of Museums of Visual Arts of Thessaloniki (MOMus). In 2001, he took the initiative to create "Technopolis Thessaloniki", the first and largest High Technology Business Park in Greece. He was one of the founders of Singular Northern Greece SA and was the CEO of Singular B.E. SA and Singular Software SA during the period 1987-2006. During this time he also acted as CEO of Singular Bulgaria, Singular Romania, while he was Vice President of Internet Hellas, Delta Singular Education and Authorized Advisor and member of the Board of Directors of Delta Singular. During all these years and in parallel with his professional career, Anastasios (Tassos) Tzikas had an important social activity participating as a member of the Board of Directors of the "Information Society SA" from 2012 to 2018, as a member of the Dialogue Committee for the Constitutional Review which was established in 2016, as a founding member and member of the Board of Directors of the "Mikis Theodorakis Zatouna Museum" since 2019, as a member of the Academic Council of the Metropolitan College since 2019 and of the Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art since 2013. He is Honorary President of the Federation of Hellenic Information Technology & Communications Enterprises (SEPE)

Dimitris Vassilopoulos holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master of Science degree in Digital Communications from King's College London (University of London), as well as postgraduate degrees in Business Administration from the Hellenic Society of Business Administration and in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. From February 1996 to January 2003 he worked for BULL S.A., the Greek subsidiary of the French Groupe Bull, as Project Manager in the Integrated Project Division and subsequently as the Marketing & Business Development Manager determining solutions and partnerships in the verticals of Public Finance. In February 2003 he moved to the Business Development Dept. of Public Sector Division for Intracom/Intrasoft Group, undertaking the role of the Commercial Manager for the Greek Public Sector vertical markets of Health, Social Security and Public Finance, while since 2008 his role upgraded taking the responsibility as Business Development & Sales Director for all vertical domains of the Public Sector market in the geography of Europe, Middle East & Africa. As of 1/01/2019, by undertaking the role of Marketing & Sales Senior Director of Netcompany-Intrasoft he focused on the Product Management & Marketing of the business-specific Tax, Customs, Social Security and Compliance Products as well as their market positioning, in close cooperation Netcompany Group teams upon the acquisition of Netcompany-Intrasoft. In very early 2023 he assumed the role of Executive Director and as of 1/01/2025 he assumes the duties of the General Manager of the Public Sector Business Unit, being mandated to secure its operational performance and continuous growth, while strategizing for the adoption of innovative and differentiating new business and technical competencies, for the expansion to new markets sectors and countries/geographies and for the strengthening of its human capacity force with continuous qualification upgrade.

Antonis Kotzamanidis is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of ENTERSOFTONE - the new unified organization formed through the strategic merger of Entersoft and SOFTONE, shaping the leading provider of business software products and services in Greece. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine. His professional career began at Computer Logic and LogicDIS, where for a decade he served as Software Developer, Services Director of Large Projects, and Deputy General Manager. In 2002, together with other executives, he co-founded Entersoft, assuming the position of CEO. Under his leadership, the company evolved from a startup to a dynamic group of enterprise software, with a presence in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, employing more than 650 professionals and serving clients in 40 countries. In 2008, he led Entersoft’s listing on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange and, in 2020, its transition to the main market. From 2009 till today, he has overseen the establishment of subsidiaries in Romania, Bulgaria, and the United Arab Emirates, while successfully completing more than 15 acquisitions of smaller software companies. Alongside his business responsibilities, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of SEPE and SEKEE, as well as the General Council of SEV, actively contributing to the development of the Greek technology and innovation ecosystem.
