A graduate of the Department of Mathematics of the University of Athens , with specialization in Programming and Systems Analysis and a graduate of the National School of Public Administration with highest distinction. She is a lecturer at the National School of Public Administration on ITS Project Management and E-Government issues. She is an external expert in EU committees for the evaluation of innovative proposals in software technologies and cloud computing of the H2020 Program. She has participated in the design, analysis, development, implementation and installation of large, complex and critical IT projects of the Public Administration, serving as a member of Project Management Teams and as a Project Manager for 25 years in General Secretariat of Information Systems of the Ministry of Finance and the Information Society S.A. From 2010 to 2014 she was a Consultant in reengineering and change management issues and in the project and risk management cases as well as co-financed projects of the General Secretaries of Information Systems of the Ministry of Finance. From 2015 to 2017 she served as a Director and General Manager of Projects in the Information Society SA. From June 2018 to August 2019, she was the Director of Informatics and Technical Operation of EKOME SA. From August 2019 to October 2020, she served as the Managing Director of IDIKA SA. Since then, she serves as the Chairman of BOD & Managing Director of IDIKA SA.

Dimosthenis Anagnostopoulos is a Professor of Information Systems and Simulation in the Department of Informatics and Telematics at Harokopio University of Athens. He served as a Rector of the same University, during 2011-2016 and as a Dean of the School of Digital Technology. He is a visiting Professor at Sussex University, UK, and an Associate Editor of Requirements Engineering (Springer). He served as National Representative of Greece for ICT in EU Horizon 2020 (2014-2015). He held the position of Secretary General for Information Systems of the Greek Ministry of Finance and Economics (2004 - 2009). During his service, he contributed to the development of the following Information systems: Real Estate Data Base and ETAK systems, ELENXIS, new TAXISnet, ICISnet and M-TAXIS (mobile TAXIS). During 2019-2023, he served as Secretary General for Information Systems of Public Administration of the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance, responsible - among other projects that contributed to the country’s rapid digital transformation development - for Interoperability across the Public Sector and Government Cloud.

Dimitris Skalkos was born in Athens in 1971. He graduated from the Department of Political Science and International Studies of Panteion University and holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Kent. He has authored four books on political theory, economic reform and regional development and has published numerous research papers in academic journals. He has, also, participated as lecturer in scientific conferences and writes, regularly, in scientific magazines as well as the daily press. Since 2004 he has been working for the Management Organization Unit of Development Programmes S.A. as an executive on the EU co-financed programmes. Mr Skalkos has served for several years as an adviser to the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Public Works, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economy and Development. He was also an adviser to the President of the Nea Demokratia, Mr Kyriakos Mitsotakis on growth economics. From 2019 to present Mr Skalkos has served as General Secretary for Public Investments and Partnership Agreement in the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He is also a member of the Greek National Resilience and Recovery Plan Steering Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Development Bank.

Stavros Asthenidis is the Chief Executive Officer to the “Information Society SA”, the trusted government agency operating under the Ministry of Digital Governance, responsible for procuring and coordinating all the major ICT tenders for projects and actions that transform the Greek public administration and lead it to the new digital era. He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Μaster in "Public Policy and Public Management" from the Graduate Program of Athens University of Economics and Business. Throughout his career, he held positions of responsibility, managing, and overseeing major ICT projects. He served for several years as head of state aid schemes at Intermediate Management Agencies (Elanet, EFEPAE) during the 2nd and 3rd CSF. He was the Telecommunication Networks Project Manager (during the preparation) and the Telecommunications Manager at the Technology Control Center during the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, as a member of the Organizing Committee. He has worked for the "Information Society SA" as a Project Officer in Intelligent Transport Systems, Digital Culture, Digital Health and Energy Saving Systems, for Cramoni Trading Ltd (Cyprus), as a Program Manager responsible for telecommunications projects in the international economic environment, for Egnatia Odos SA, ICAP Business Consultants and the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness as a senior consultant of Technology and Project Management. He has cooperated with the Special Secretary for Digital Planning at the Ministry of Development, Competitiveness and Shipping for eGovernment projects and the Special Secretary for Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in the Ministry of Development, Infrastructure, Transport and Networks. From April 2017 till July 2019, he served as the Chief Executive Officer to the City of Athens IT Company, DAEM SA.

Evangelos Kantas is an information and communication systems engineer, with a strong background in telecom security. He currently works at ENISA (EU Agency for Cybersecurity), where he is involved in areas of cybersecurity policy development and implementation, specifically for core internet, cloud services, and vulnerabilities. He is a coordinator and (co-)author of multiple ENISA reports covering various aspects of cybersecurity, and for a wide range of audiences ranging from policy makers to the wider cybersecurity community. In the past he worked for Ernst and Young and Vodafone, where he was involved among others in security policies, security architecture, security by design, and Governance Risk and Compliance.

Mr. Kontopoulos has a long and successful international experience in global capital markets. He was a Partner, Chief Macro Strategist at CQS Fund in London, with previous service at UBS and Merrill Lynch, and he was CEO at Eurobank Asset Management. He has worked in senior management positions in capital markets in New York, London and Athens. He started his career on Wall Street at Salomon Brothers. He was Managing Director at two of the largest international investment banks, UBS and Merrill Lynch, where he created and led large teams of leading analysts, building an extensive international network of contacts with major and significant investment firms around the world. In Greece, he was Chief Investment Officer of Eurobank as well as CEO of Eurobank Asset Management, the largest mutual fund management company in the country. He has also worked in key positions in hedge funds abroad with billions in investments in global markets. Mr. Kontopoulos holds a Ph.D., M.Phil., and M.A. in Economics from Columbia University and an A.B., also in Economics, from Harvard University. He was born and raised in Thessaloniki.

Vasileios E. Papakostas holds the rank of the Police Colonel and he is currently serving as the Director of the Cyber Crime Division of the Hellenic Police Headquarters. He graduated with honors from the Officers’ School of the Hellenic Police Academy, in 1997, from the School of Continuing Education & Training of Hellenic Police Officers, in 2010 and the Police Colonel Training School in 2019. He holds a master’s degree from the Department of Engineering Information & Communication Systems of the University of Aegean. He is a PhD Candidate of the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering of the University of the Aegean, in the Thematic Area of Artificial Intelligence. He holds a PR 320 certification: ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor (Information Security Management Systems - ISMS), Chief Inspector Auditor. He has been certified as an Adult Educator, in matters of Provisioning of Security Services, by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance of the Ministry of Education. He is specialized in Computer Programming and has served for 13 years as a Manager and Project Manager in the IT Department of the Hellenic Police Headquarters, in the field of Information Systems design and development of Computer Applications, as well as in the field of creation and support of the appropriate Technical and Operational Infrastructure of Informatics. Finally, he has participated in a variety of specialized trainings in cybercrime, in the field of legal, network and information security, research methodologies, but also computer science, mainly in the analysis and development of database management systems development and security IT, as well as training in Objective Management and Human Resource Management. He has been honored with the Medals: Medal of Prosperous Service of the Third Class, Medal of Police Value of the Second Class, Commander of the Order of the Phoenix, Gold Cross of the Order of Honor.

Charis Amourgis has over 15 years of experience in sales and management at different levels. Yanna is the General Manager for Microsoft Greece, Cyprus and Malta since July 2023. She is leading a team across three countries focusing on accelerating the digital transformation of the private and public sectors through harnessing AI and the opportunities linked to the arrival of the area’s first datacenters. Yanna has been a member of Microsoft’s leadership team for the last four years and joined the company back in 2014 to lead the digital transformation of Banking, Insurance and Telecoms across Greece and Cyprus, with outstanding results. She rose to every challenge amidst the pandemic through her Enterprise Commercial Lead role and led her team to attain significant commercial wins and to deliver prosperous growth consistently despite macro-economic and geopolitical challenges. Through an industry-first approach, Yanna established a culture of strategic, long-term partnerships with customers and partners, counting most leading, high-profile businesses in her portfolio.
