Dr. Mertzanis graduated from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Technical University of Athens and holds MSc and PhD degrees from the University of Surrey, UK. He has extensive professional experience in Telecommunications and IT having worked in Greece and abroad. In 1999 he joined the workforce of Space Hellas, he has held senior executive positions within the Space Hellas group for many years having the responsibility of the commercial, technical and business development activities. Dr. Mertzanis is the CΕO of Space Hellas group, he is also the Chief Executive Officer of SingularLogic and SenseOne Technologies.

Ioannis Michos is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the EPSILONNET Group of Companies. He graduated from the School of Higher Industrial Studies of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance. He is a member of the Association of International Accountants (A.I.A.) and was awarded “Innovative Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2008 in a competition organized by Ernst & Young. Alexandros Bregiannis

Alexandros Bregiannis is CEO of Nova ICT and Group Public Sector & ICT Advisor for United Group. In the field of telecommunications and IT, he has successfully led important positions of responsibility in multinational companies, where he managed a number of the country's largest ICT projects. He was NOVA's Public Sector & ICT Executive Director, developing the ICT sector and technology projects. He is a graduate of the Department of Physics, University of Patras, holder of a master’s degree (MSc) in Medical Physics, as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Panos Xenakis

Panos Xenakis was born in 1980 in Athens. He holds a Diploma and an MSc in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras. Συντονίζει εθνικά και ευρωπαϊκά έργα στους τομείς των Κβαντικών Επικοινωνιών (EuroQCI), των Δικτύων Υψηλών Επιδόσεων (GÉANT) και του Ευρωπαϊκού Νέφους Ανοικτής Επιστήμης (EOSC). Είναι Συντονιστής του έργου HellasQCI, το οποίο αναπτύσσει την Εθνική Υποδομή Κβαντικών Επικοινωνιών της Ελλάδας, μέλος της Ομάδας Εργασίας EuroQCI της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής (DG CONNECT) και της Τεχνικής Επιτροπής για τις κβαντικές Τεχνολογίες ΕΛΟΤ/ΤΕ 111. Yiannis Papidis

Chief Technology & Business Change Officer, Kotsovolos

Mr. Yiannis Papidis holds the position of Chief Technology and Business Change Officer at Dixons SE Europe A.E.B.E. – Kotsovolos since October 2018. During this period Kotsovolos has been rapidly transforming its operating model and technology stack, leveraging on its traditional values and its culture of trust and innovation. Past positions include OTE Group (incumbent telco in Greece) starting from the Internet subsidiary OTEnet as IT Director and moving on to lead a total Enterprise architecture transformation effort within OTE Group including CRM transformation, Sales & Order Management, Workforce Management and Total Rebranding. He also worked on Digital Transformation & Innovation subjects. He was involved in the formation of the strategy and vision of the company in its transition to the new digital era. He started his professional career in 1986 working for Commodore BM and participated in tech startups in the late 90s. Mr. Papidis holds a master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor degree in IT Engineering.

Aris Paraskevopoulos

Aris Paraskevopoulos joined Samsung Electronics Hellas in 2014 as Head of Mobile Division for Greece and Cyprus. Prior to joining Samsung, Aris held senior management positions in multinational retail and telecommunications companies, making a key contribution to the expansion of sales channels and the modernization of commercial policies for end-consumer touch points, resulting in significant market share growth in a short period of time. He has been active in the broader mobile telephony sector for almost 20 years, with active participation in projects and conferences on technology as such, as well as its acceptance and integration by society. Antonis Tsiboukis

CEO, Cisco - Greece, Balkans, Cyprus & Malta

Antonis Tsiboukis serves as the Managing Director for Cisco across Greece, Cyprus, Malta, and the Balkans, inclusive of Serbia, Bulgaria, Albania, North Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Kosovo, since August 2023. He started his tenure at Cisco in January 1998 as an Account Manager, managing sales for corporate and government clients. In 2001, he moved into supervisory positions managing corporate and public sector sales teams, as well as service provider sales teams. He subsequently became Operations Director for two years, overseeing the Enterprise Networking Architecture in the Mediterranean region. In August 2011, he was appointed as General Manager of Cisco in Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. His portfolio expanded in 2018 when he assumed the Managing Director role for Cisco in Greece, Portugal Cyprus and Malta. Antonis Tsiboukis' professional trajectory includes a tenure at Algosystems S.A., one of Greece's foremost providers of integrated solutions. He managed the company's corporate and service provider customers from 1994 onwards. On the academic front, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and a Master's degree in Microelectronics and Information Engineering (MSc), from Liverpool’s John Moores University, in the United Kingdom.
