Michalis is the Managing Director for HPE Greece and Cyprus since January 2018. Michalis joined HP in 1994 as a Presales Manager in the Enterprise Systems Group. In 2002 he spent five years as the ESSN manager leading ISS and UNIX BUs in the first market share position. From 2007 until 2013 Michalis was assigned to the positions of Sales Manager for the Enterprise Group and then to the Technology Services Group of HP in Greece and Cyprus. In 2013 he assumed a regional role as a Technology Services Support Manager in the regions of Greece, Cyprus and Africa. Michalis holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Glasgow. He is based in Athens, Greece

He held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager since June 19, 2008, whereas he also served as Production Manager. He has a degree in Finance from the University of Macedonia, holder of an ΜΒΑ in Accounting of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, is a member of the Association of International Accountants (Α.Ι.Α), and has attended several seminars on IT systems, project management, as well as tax workshops. In the past he worked as Head of Accounting Department and external consultant for various companies. He has published scientific financial articles and is specialized in income tax, general accounting, VAT subjects and has participate in seminars on tax and accounting subjects. He joined Epsilon Net in 1998.

Dr. Apostolos Kritikopoulos brings over 25 years of professional experience in Banking, Investment, Operations, Software Development, and Digital Payments. Since 2023, he has been an integral part of the Profile Software team. Throughout his career, Dr. Kritikopoulos has held diverse roles including CIO, CTO, Software Development Manager, and Technical Director, contributing to projects for both private and public sectors. His expertise spans organizations such as Singular Logic, PPC, National Securities, Investment Bank of Greece, Marfin bank, Optima bank, and ATTICA bank. He is passionate about managing information technology teams and specializes in reengineering and modernizing IT systems through digital transformation, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science – Algorithms from Athens University of Economics and Business, an M.B.A in Techno-Economic Systems from National Technical University of Athens, an M.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Manchester, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus.

Mr. Ioannis Konstantinidis has been OTE Group Chief Strategy, Transformation & Wholesale Officer since November 2015, having served as Chief Strategic Planning & Transformation Officer since June 2011. From 2000 until 2011 he held various senior managerial positions at OTEGlobe, among which the latest was the position of the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all commercial and technology development and operations of the company. Today, besides his tasks at OTE, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OTE Rural North & South, member of the Board of Directors of OTEestate and was Chairman of the Board of Directors of OTEGlobe until its merging and absorption by the parent company OTE S.A. He holds a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, and master in Business Administration (mini-MBA). He is also certified in Finance/CFO program from London Business School.

Mr. Yiannis Papidis holds the position of the Chief Technology and Business Change Officer at Dixons SE Europe A.E.B.E. – Kotsovolos since October 2018. During this period Kotsovolos has been rapidly transforming its operating model and technology stack, leveraging on it’s traditional values and it’s culture of trust and innovation. Past positions include OTE Group (incumbent telco in Greece) starting from the Internet subsidiary OTEnet as IT Director and moving on to lead a total Enterprise architecture transformation effort within OTE Group including CRM transformation, Sales & Order Management, Workforce Management and Total Rebranding. He also worked on Digital Transformation & Innovation subjects. He was involved in the formation of the strategy and vision of the company in its transition to the new digital era. He started his professional career in 1986 working for Commodore BM and participated in tech startups in the late 90s. Mr Papidis holds a Master degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in IT Engineering.
